  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and turkey bacon; cook until the chicken is browned.
  4. Stir in onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
  5. Add Cajun seasoning, mixing well.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet; toss to combine and heat through.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add more Cajun seasoning.
  • Can substitute chicken with shrimp for a different flavor.
