Creamy Cowboy Soup Recipe

A delicious and comforting creamy soup that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a hearty meal.

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add the chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the potatoes and corn; cook until potatoes are tender.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, topped with crumbled turkey bacon.

Notes

  • This soup can be made in advance and tastes even better the next day.
  • Adjust the thickness by adding more or less broth based on your preference.
