  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return the bacon to the skillet and combine.
