  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
