- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge them in flour.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add wine and deglaze it.
