  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and then press into the parmesan mixture.
  5. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  7. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  9. Serve the chicken topped with the garlic sauce.
