- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and then press into the parmesan mixture.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.

- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
