  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the mixture until well coated.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
