Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add the Rotel tomatoes and stir.
  3. In a pot, boil the rotini pasta according to package instructions.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet.
  5. Stir in the cream and shredded cheese, then add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
