Creamy Southern Spaghetti Bake

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pot, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and diced chicken ham; sauté for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Add cooked spaghetti and crumbled turkey bacon to the skillet; mix well.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider using smoked turkey bacon.
  • You can substitute pasta with a whole grain variety for a healthier option.
