  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate beef with soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Coat beef slices in cornstarch and dip in egg.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil and fry beef until crispy.
  4. Add chili paste and toss well to coat.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
