- 1 large pork knuckle
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the pork knuckle with salt, pepper, caraway seeds, and garlic.
