  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Slice the French bread into thick pieces and place in a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture over the bread slices and soak for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the French toast for 30-35 minutes.
