  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the roast in a crockpot with the carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
