- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and crumbled turkey bacon. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
