Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Panang curry paste
  • 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat the coconut milk over medium heat.
  2. Add the Panang curry paste and stir until combined.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the fish sauce and sugar.
  5. Add the bell peppers and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the basil leaves.
  7. Serve with rice.

Notes
