- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups chicken ham, diced
- 3 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow or penne)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and then chop into pieces.
- In the same skillet, add chicken ham and mixed vegetables, cooking for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham mixture, cream of mushroom soup, cheese, and seasonings. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
