  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups chicken ham, diced
  • 3 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow or penne)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and then chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and mixed vegetables, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham mixture, cream of mushroom soup, cheese, and seasonings. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
