A delicious and easy dump-and-bake chicken tzatziki casserole perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, cooked rice, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and slightly golden on top.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
