2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup tzatziki sauce
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, cooked rice, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and slightly golden on top.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with chickpeas.
