  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and crumbled turkey bacon to the skillet, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
