Easy Crack Breakfast Casserole

This Easy Crack Breakfast Casserole is a delightful blend of turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a hearty breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 loaf bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat ovens to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chicken ham until lightly browned.
  4. In a large bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add bread, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese to the egg mixture. Stir well.
  6. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden on top.

Notes

  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon.
  • Add your favorite vegetables for extra flavor.
