Easy Creamy Carbonara Pasta

A delightful twist on classic carbonara featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 300 grams spaghetti
  • 150 grams turkey bacon, chopped
  • 150 grams chicken ham, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then add chicken ham and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain pasta and add it to the pan with bacon and ham, mixing well.
  5. Remove from heat, quickly pour the egg mixture over pasta, stirring to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and black pepper.
