Easy Gingerbread Tiramisu

A delightful and festive take on traditional tiramisu, infused with gingerbread flavors perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 24 gingerbread cookies

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the brewed coffee with coffee liqueur.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold in the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  4. Dip each gingerbread cookie in the coffee mixture and layer them in a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  6. Repeat the layers and finish with the remaining mascarpone on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of brewed coffee.
  • Garnish with crushed gingerbread cookies or a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
