  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian rolls into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the rolls, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Drizzle melted butter on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm drizzled with maple syrup.
