  • 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Melt butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat and pour in the batter.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
  5. Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
