Easy Sausage and Egg Casserole

A delicious and easy to prepare casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add in chopped turkey bacon and diced chicken ham.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until eggs are set.

Notes

  • Feel free to add additional vegetables for more flavor.
  • This casserole can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
