  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, soy sauce, sriracha, and fish sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, mixing well until the sauce is creamy.
  6. Return the sliced chicken to the skillet and let it heat through.
  7. Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked ramen noodles. Garnish with chopped green onions.
