- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Start by cooking the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, soy sauce, sriracha, and fish sauce. Bring to a simmer.
