FRENCH ONION SAUSAGE ROLLS

Deliciously juicy sausage rolls featuring the rich flavors of French onion, combining beef and turkey bacon for a unique twist.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg, beaten, for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the French onion soup and cook for a few more minutes.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each rectangle.
  6. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges, then brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
