Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and mix with egg, then incorporate with dry ingredients.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Add lemon juice and sour cream, then mix until well combined.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie base.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  9. Let cool completely before serving.
