Garlic Butter Pasta (One Pot!)

A delicious and easy recipe for garlic butter pasta with turkey bacon, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and turkey bacon, cooking until the bacon is crispy.
  3. Add the cooked pasta back to the pot and toss with the garlic butter mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
