Garlic Butter Steak with Brussels Sprouts and Butternut Squash

A delicious and juicy garlic butter steak recipe served with roasted Brussels sprouts and butternut squash.

  • 2 steaks of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts and butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes until tender.
  4. While vegetables are roasting, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add garlic butter.
  5. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
  6. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the garlic butter steak alongside the roasted Brussels sprouts and butternut squash.

Notes

  • Letting the steak rest allows the juices to redistribute.
