Garlic Parmesan Chicken Alfredo Bake

A creamy and cheesy garlic parmesan chicken alfredo bake that’s sure to please the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until cooked through; remove and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine cooked fettuccine, chicken, and sauce in a baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
