- 1 pound chicken breast
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until cooked through; remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; simmer for 5 minutes.
