  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the diced chicken until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning, mixing until combined.
  5. Toss in the cooked fettuccine and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle mozzarella on top, and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
