Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

A delicious and easy side dish featuring roasted broccoli topped with garlic and parmesan.

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the broccoli evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
