  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, molasses, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
