Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and brewed coffee.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly before drizzling with caramel sauce.
