  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the diced mushrooms until soft.
  3. Mix in the shredded Gouda cheese and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Make a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff them with the Gouda and mushroom mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
