- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in Greek yogurt, honey, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour.
