Greek Yogurt Blueberry Muffins Recipe

A delicious and healthier version of blueberry muffins made with Greek yogurt.

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, sugar, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in blueberries gently.
  6. Distribute the batter evenly in the muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For extra sweetness, you can add more honey.
  • Try using other berries instead of blueberries.
