  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fold in half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and fried onions.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
