  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Season the skirt steak with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the skirt steak for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches desired doneness.
