- 2 ears elote (sweet corn)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 tortillas
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime (for serving)
