  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  3. Mix well until everything is combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Cook in the oven for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
