  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  5. Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it into strips. Shape each strip into a heart.
  6. Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
