  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Add ditalini pasta and cook until al dente.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and thyme, then season with salt and pepper. Heat through and serve.
