  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sirloin steak and cook until browned.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until soft.
