High Protein Steak Fajita Bowl

A delicious and nutritious High Protein Steak Fajita Bowl featuring a unique turkey bacon twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak
  • 8 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook the steak until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  3. Add bell peppers, onions, and fajita seasoning. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  4. In serving bowls, layer quinoa, black beans, steak mixture, and top with avocado slices and lime juice.
  5. Crumble the turkey bacon on top and serve.
