Instructions

  2. Fold in graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small amounts and roll into balls.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
