- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over it.
- Add a layer of pepperoni, bell peppers, and onions, then top with the remaining cheese.
- Cover with another tortilla and cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Remove from the skillet and cut into wedges.
