Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit until frothy.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt.
  4. Add yeast mixture and eggs to the pumpkin mixture; stir until combined.
  5. Gradually add flour until a dough forms.
  6. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  7. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  8. Punch down the dough, roll out, and fill with your desired mixture.
  9. Shape into buns and place in a greased baking dish.
  10. Allow buns to rise for another 30 minutes.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
