  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup carrots, diced

  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth, followed by the carrots and celery. Bring it to a boil.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Simmer for 15 minutes.
