  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package pie crusts
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles.
  4. Fill half of the circles with the pumpkin mixture, leaving space around the edges.
  5. Cover with the remaining circles and seal the edges.
  6. Brush with egg wash and carve Jack O’ Lantern faces.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
