1 pound ground chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
